ActionSuite offers multiple types of support. Our goal is to make it simple for you to set up and use the ActionSuite modules.

Technical Support:
Technical Support is available to any user in your organization Startup Services:
During the initial 30 days of paid service, we will dedicate a Technical Support Representative who will be responsible for supporting your company transition into the use of ActionSuite. This person will:
  • Customize the ActionSuite screens and reports with your company’s logo and terminology
  • Provide training to your users over the phone
  • Import data from your current systems, documents and spreadsheets into ActionSuite
  • Offer advice on how to get the most value our of our products to improve your company’s effectiveness
Training:
We offer on-site and remote training to help your company get the most value from our products. Please call us to discuss your training requirements.

Product Customization:
Our programming team can customize ActionSuite to the requirements of your company. This includes creating new reports, modifying the layout of screens, adding/removing of specific fields from the screens. We can also create new modules specifically for your company’s processes. The cost for this would be determined on a time & material basis for the work to be performed by us.
